4月28日,南京旅游职业学院烹饪与营养学院举办“中国非遗美食研培成果暨2025届毕业设计联展”活动。在专业教师精心指导下,460余名毕业生深入挖掘中华传统烹饪非遗技艺的文化精髓,巧妙融合现代烹饪理念与前沿技艺,联袂呈现了一场集视觉艺术与美食文化于一体的味蕾盛宴。
